Hot Yoga is yoga that is practised in a hot and humid environment, coming in a variety of different forms.

The style of Hot Yoga class you choose can range from calm and relaxing, to meditative sessions where the heat allows you to fully immerse yourself in the process of self awareness, to flowing classes that promote sweating and detoxification as you seamlessly transition from one posture to the next.

The different styles can be practised at various tempertures - anywhere up to 42°C with a humidity level of between 40-60% r.H.

As soon as you walk into a Hot Yoga studio you enter a specific and nurturing environment that compliments physical and mental yoga practice. The heat encourages you to reach greater levels of advancement in a short space of time meaning you will see better results everytime you attend a Hot Yoga session.
