One to one, teacher to student is the traditional way to learn yoga, it also allows the student to ask questions and to reduce their risk of injury.
It's perfect if you want to feel the benefits of yoga quickly. Also ideal for those who are trying yoga for the first time, but are put off by the thought of a big class, full of bendy people in contorted positions (so not true!). Or simply if you are limited by a tight schedule and don't have the time to get to classes.
It is also excellent for intermediate level yogis as a way of advancing your practice. Great if you have a specific issue or injury, whereby the practice can be designed to suit your individual needs.
Each private yoga lesson will be designed for what's going on in your body, headspace and life in general.
We also offer one-to-two sessions for those who would prefer to bring a friend!
